Game 42 - 1/26/11 - at Conseco Fieldhouse

ORLANDO 108, INDIANA (19-23) 89

Despite going 3-for-10 from the floor, Dwight Howard had 20 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists as the Magic handed the Pacers their 6th straight defeat. Six players were in double figures for Orlando, with Jason Richardson scoring 16 points, Hedo Turkoglu tallying 15 and Jameer Nelson netting 13. Thanks to Howard, the Magic out-rebounded the Blue & Gold 52-40. Also, Howard drew 14 fouls, and he caused Roy Hibbert (8 points, 2 rebounds) to foul out. The blowout defeat ruined a 25-point, 8-rebound game by Danny Granger, while Darren Collison had 20 points. The Magic were all over the place in field goals, making 53% of their shots, and they also made 8 of 16 3-pointers.

PACERS INDIVIDUAL STATS:

Hansbrough 4-5-0, Dunleavy 6-1-1, Collison 20-1-3, Granger 25-8-3, Hibbert 8-2-1, Foster 2-5-1, George 11-3-0, Price 5-0-5, Posey 2-2-1, Fitzpatrick 4-6-0, McRoberts 2-6-2.

MAGIC LEADERS:
points - Howard, 20
rebounds - Howard, 11
assists - Howard, Nelson and Duhon, 4.

Rumor has it that the Pacers might fire head coach Jim O'Brien if things don't improve. But they get a lucky break when the awful New Jersey Nets come to the Fieldhouse on January 28th.
