What a slugfest with the Reds and Giants.
Nice to see Robin Roberts with a shut out.
Also good to see the Red Sox break the bats out and post 15 runs.

Great to see more from '53.

What a day for Eddie Miksis!

Konstanty (15 hits...OUCH!) and the Klipper both got beat up pretty bad in that one.

One bad inning spoils an otherwise nice game for Oisk.

That was the first cycle I have rolled in a very long time. He needed a single in his last at-bat and if the Braves didn't score 4 in the 8th, he wasn't going to get that at-bat. Exciting stuff!

Brooklyn continues to roll. They are just SO good, its ridiculous.

And on the other end, the Reds just keep losing, this time getting crushed by the Phils who put up 13.

Musial moved to cleanup spot and responded with his 2nd home run of the year; hoping he is maybe breaking out of his season long slump.

Granny Hamner continues to rack up extra base hits.
