Training camp begins today.  We have a HUGE turnout!  The kids are in the process of checking in and having their equipment assigned.  We will have a meeting with the players at 2:00, and be on the field for "two-a-days" starting at 9:00 am tomorrow morning!

So are we strat!  The media and fans have high hopes.  We gotta try to shield the kids from all the pressure and just make sure they play football!

I am excited, this team has a chance to be pretty good........I did some number crunching and they could very well win 12 games........

From what I can see, their run game is lights out.  And their passing game was pretty much the short quick hitting stuff.

I love college football, coach. Good luck with Tulsa.

I have the 1988 C&D edition with teams from the 1987 NCAA season. I have created a schedule for the teams but never started it due to too many things on my plate.

I will be doing a brief "replay" (if you can call it that) based on the upcoming Ohio State 2016 schedule.  Using my 2006, 2007, 2010 and "Great Teams" computer sets, the Ohio State team from that set will play the 2016 opponent from those sets using the opponent's best season.  Ohio State plays Tulsa in week two this year.  Tulsa's best team from 2006, 2007 and 2010 was their 10-3 2010 squad (ranked 24th).  So, in week two of my replay, the 2010 Ohio State Buckeyes will face the 2010 Tulsa Golden Hurricanes.

What does it cost for an entire NCAA football card set?

That ought to be a track meet!  IO think both of those teams had really high powered offenses, and just enough defense to keep the ball in the hands of their offense!

I don't think SOM has made any college football card sets since 1986-88.

Good first day of practice today.  Mostly excersises, walk throughs and no pad stuff.  More of the same tomorrow, then we will put on the pads Thursday and do some light hitting.  Nearly 100 out for the team.  Great turnout!

They don't and haven't for many many moons. My card set, I think, has a few teams from each conference, including the old WAC, SWC and Big Eight. It also includes four Ivy League teams and a bunch of independents.
